My dress had been in a vacuum sealed box since the wedding and was professionally cleaned prior to storage - this lace, satin and tulle ball gown wedding dress is sure to turn heads. Originally purchased for over 10k, this dress was the talk of the wedding. The unique couture cut is asymmetrical with full volume. Due to the nature of the design, one can add more layers of tulle if needed for length in alterations. The dress is altered with a French bustle that is easy to set up and undo. The cut will make your waist look tiny as the skirt is very dramatic and photographs beautifully from all angles. Lace and tulle can be added to a limit. The dress was a size 4 but it is cut as a European one so it fits like a 0. Definitely made for someone petite - anyone 5'3 and under. If you are taller, you'd have to add in a lower skirt of tulle which would be easy due to the design. There are removable bust inserts for brides who are curvier on top. The cut of the top doesn't give you the dreaded armpit cleavage which was a concern of mine for strapless gowns.

Since the dress is sealed, The chest is a 34. For waist, I wear a size 24/25 in jeans and the hips are irrelevant since it's a ballgown. It is truly is an art piece to be cherished. I would keep the dress, but we are looking to invest in a new home and start a family. I would love to find a home for this dress as it seems to have soul.

The dress has a French bustle - three ties under the dress that are numbered and easy to do for the reception. I paid for the dress to be cleaned and repaired for anything from Memories. It's only been a couple of hours so it should all be good!
